By volunteering to take part in Works Sunday, you acknowledge and agree:
(a) that you and/or your minor child[ren] whom you allow to participate in Works Sunday (each, a "Minor Participant") are doing so entirely at your/their own risk;
(b) that the Sponsoring Congregations, Organizers and Task Leaders of Works Sunday are not and shall not be liable for any injury or damages sustained by you and/or any Minor Participant while engaging in, or traveling to or from, any Works Sunday activity, and;
(c) that you give permission for photographs or other images of you and/or any Minor Participant engaging in Works Sunday activities to be freely used in any electronic or print media for the purpose of publicizing Works Sunday.
